WHAT DRIVES ME:
Well, I was born in Tanzania and grew up between Massachusetts and Ontario, which has shaped my understanding of the challenges of inequality. My parents, both African descent immigrants, faced significant obstacles while working in unionized organizations as they navigated their careers and sought to create opportunities for our family. Witnessing their struggles ignited my passion for supporting employees and organizations in fostering equitable and inclusive workplace environments.
I am dedicated to ensuring that all employees have access to the pathways they desire in their careers, advocating for their rights and well-being while helping organizations build strong relationships between management and staff. My focus is on creating a culture of collaboration and respect that empowers everyone to thrive.
